Welcome to Trillevo. Throughout this document, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Trillevo. We run this website and the store it hosts, along with all the content, tools, and features that come with it, in order to give you a curated shopping experience, which we'll refer to as the "Services." Trillevo operates on the Shopify platform, which provides the technical foundation behind our Services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") lay out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when using our Services. Please read through them, since they touch on important legal matters including warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability.

By browsing, interacting with, or otherwise using our Services, you're agreeing to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you'd rather not agree to them, please don't continue using our Services.

Section 1 — Account Access

By agreeing to these Terms, you're confirming that you've reached the age of legal majority in the place where you live. Accounts are personal to you and can't be sold, transferred, or handed off to someone else. You're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for anything that happens under your account.

Section 2 — Our Products

We work hard to represent our products truthfully, but keep in mind that colors and appearances can look different depending on your screen or device. We can't promise that an item will look or perform exactly as shown on our site. Product listings may be updated or changed at any point, and we reserve the right to limit how much of an item is available or to stop carrying it altogether, at our discretion.

Section 3 — Placing Orders

Submitting an order is your offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. Trillevo can accept or decline any order for any reason. An order isn't final until we've confirmed it and processed your payment. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout. Any returns or exchanges are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

Prices on our site can change at any time without advance notice. You'll be charged the price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, listed prices don't include taxes or shipping charges. You're responsible for giving us accurate payment information and keeping it current.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, with transit generally taking another 5 to 9 business days after that. Shipping is free on orders over $100 and a flat $6.99 applies to orders under $100. We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery windows are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and we can't be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or anything else outside our control. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for it transfers to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything you see on our Services — logos, product photos, written content, videos, layout, and design — belongs to Trillevo or the parties we license it from, and it's protected under intellectual property law. You're not permitted to copy, redistribute, alter, or repost any of it without our written go-ahead. Anything not specifically granted to you here remains ours.

Section 7 — Third-Party Tools

From time to time we may give you access to tools built by outside companies. These are offered "as is," with no guarantees or endorsement from Trillevo, and we aren't responsible for how you choose to use them.

Section 8 — Links to Other Sites

Our Services may contain links pointing to websites we don't operate. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites. If you click through to one, you're doing so at your own risk.

Section 9 — Our Relationship with Shopify

Trillevo runs on Shopify's platform, but every purchase you make is a transaction between you and Trillevo directly. Shopify has no involvement in or responsibility for the details of that transaction, and by using our Services you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliates liable for anything arising from it.

Section 10 — Privacy

Any personal data we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Using our Services means you've read and understood how that information is handled.

Section 11 — Feedback You Share

If you send us suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you're giving Trillevo permission to use, adapt, publish, and share that content however we see fit, without any obligation to pay you for it. You confirm that the feedback is yours to give.

Section 12 — Mistakes and Corrections

Every so often our site might contain a typo, incorrect price, or missing information. If that happens, we reserve the right to fix the error and, if necessary, cancel or adjust any order that was affected by it.

Section 13 — Acceptable Use

Our Services are meant to be used lawfully. You agree not to use them to break any law, infringe on someone else's intellectual property, harass or harm other people, spread malicious software, collect other users' personal data without permission, or disrupt the site in any way. We can suspend or terminate access for anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

Section 14 — Ending Access

We're allowed to cut off your access to the Services at any time, without needing to give advance notice. If that happens, any outstanding balance you owe is still due. Sections dealing with ownership rights, liability protections, and indemnification remain in effect even after your access ends.

Section 15 — No Warranties

OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES, WHETHER STATED OUTRIGHT OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED PROMISE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW THESE KINDS OF DISCLAIMERS, SO THIS MIGHT NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

Section 16 — Limits on Our Liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TRILLEVO AND ITS OWNERS, STAFF, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING THINGS LIKE LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY BEHIND THE CLAIM, EVEN IF WE'D BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You agree to cover and protect Trillevo, Shopify, and each of their affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims or costs that come up because you broke these Terms, violated a law, or misused the Services.

Section 18 — If Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up

Should any part of these Terms be found unenforceable or invalid under the law, that particular part will be removed while the rest of the Terms stay fully in effect.

Section 19 — The Full Agreement

These Terms, combined with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference, make up the complete understanding between you and Trillevo regarding your use of our Services, and they replace any earlier agreements on the subject.

Section 20 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising from your use of our Services will be handled in the courts of Missouri.

Section 21 — Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms whenever needed. Updates will appear on this page, and we'll notify you as required by law. If you keep using the Services after a change goes live, that means you accept the update.
